Shred club is a cycling team made up of our favorite people. We are made up of designers, business owners, teachers, models, skateboarders, artists, and cyclists.

All proceeds are going to help support my trip to Brazil this August to partner with Restore Brazil, aiding their work in the city of Rio to share the gospel and help improve living conditions for the cities inhabitants.

Wraith Fabrication

“We want to have fun. Shred. It doesn’t matter what kind of bike you’re on. It doesn’t matter what you’re wearing. Our machines are made here in the USA by hand. We’re celebrating the brotherhood. It’s about the ride. It’s about getting more folks on a crazy nice frame. We want to see where you ride. We want to hear about your adventures. It’s an honest, sincere desire to fit folks on the best bikes possible. No over design, just simple items made from the best materials available”. – Adam Eldridge – Owner of Wraith Fabrications

He said it himself, SHRED. I couldn’t agree more with Adam’s words and I couldn’t be more into this bike. If I wasn’t 100% set on getting disc brake 28c+ bike I’d buy this immediately. *edit I ordered one!  You can Pre-Order here.

GRIND

I love this photoset John posted on The Radavist. So good, I can’t wait to see the video. Also this makes me want a carbon all purpose road bike so bad. Been loving the below options:

Specialized ROUBAIX SL4 Red Disc

Specialized CRUX EVO Disc

Cinelli Zydeco (not carbon but awesome)

Slab City/Salvation Mountain

The Man Behind The Mountain – An Intimate Look at American Folk Artist Leonard Knight from Don’t Sleep Productions on Vimeo.

Great short seen originally on DEFGRIP

LEADER X Gorilla Smash Squad

I hadn’t heard of these dudes before but I love this. Leader Bikes supporting a grass roots team of friends. I love the bike photos (below), each unique and yet similar, just like real friends. Great shots Matt.

Shape Field Chair

This thing is so sick. Great design, great execution of design, and practical, and I must say I love the logo design. Here is what their Kickstarter has to say:

“THE DESIGN – Reduced, reliable and comfortable. These are the attributes we strove for as we designed and developed the Field Chair.

It is reduced—weighing in at under 4 pounds even with the #8 duck heavyweight waterproof canvas. The parts have been minimized to the essentials: the hinges are made from the same part repeated and held together with a military strength axle. The bent tubular legs are also identical.

It is reliable—we found the right balance of strength and flexibility in the hinges and legs. The materials and finishes have all been chosen to wear well as they are used in the great outdoors. The legs and hinges will be hard anodized to resist scratching and dings. The waxed canvas will resist rain, withstand abrasion and patina nicely over time.

It is comfortable—the most important feature of a chair, surprisingly not always the top priority of chair manufacturers. The Field Chair flexes to a comfortable angle when sat in but still provides plenty of support, it is wide and sits low to the ground—all desirable traits for a relaxed outdoor experience.”

Shoot The Skies – 365

This is my buddy Tanner. He is one of the most motivated and kind hearted people I’ve met, and he also happens to be a fantastic photography. This is his project and his description below:

“My life was changed forever in 2012 when a Roma Gypsy man in Sofia Bulgaria offered to sell me his 6 month old baby for 50 dollars, simply because I said he was beautiful.

That moment inspired me to do something. In 2013 I released a photograph every single day with one goal in mind: To publish this book, a 365-day photo journal created to abolish human trafficking. www.shoottheskies.com

In addition to being a beautiful display piece to inspire awareness and conversation, 100% of the profits from this book will go The A21 Campaign.”

Please take a moment to watch the video and share. If you can purchase a book. This is such a great cause and he has given up well over a year of his life dedicated to making this possible. Let’s support him and help those victims.
